Indoor mapping and the ability to locate places indoors just got a little easier this week with the launch of walkbase.
How it works
According to their site: “Walkbase provides the first truly scalable on-demand cloud-based indoor positioning platform for building modern location-aware mobile apps.”
Walkbase crowdsources location data from various mobile apps. The more data, the better their positioning coverage and quality gets through self-learning algorithms.
